Start Up Your Multi-Channel Strategies

You may have started to build up a relationship with your clients over one social media platform but it’s time you branched out and exercised all your options. While you may send your clients emails here and there, and may have already set up a Facebook page, dig deeper and start posting more, branch out to Twitter, LinkedIn, and even mobile marketing. Remember that business to client relationship must be a two-way street and that your messages must not only be received but understood the way in which you meant them to be understood.
