Luxury Shopping: More spending, new demographics

Luxury spending has recently seen a significant increase, not only within the small niche of regular luxury shoppers but from the Gen Y target market all the way up to seniors. Both men and women are spending more and more so in stores than online. While the economy is still proving to be tough, consumers are continuing to shop for luxury goods. Don’t count out luxury items just yet… The demographics are changing and so are people’s attitudes.
